verbs on the pattern أفْعَلَ , present tense

Both forms II and IV generally take the meaning of doing the root to something else.  For more meanings of this pattern, see this file here

Ex:

دَخَلَ which means to enter

Whereas 

أَدْخَلَ means to make someone/thing enter something else
